1.Text messaging is a good and bad way of communicating because it breaks the awkward silence that might occur during a conversation over the phone,but on the other hand you wouldn’t have the same type of connection with the other person.

2.I send maybe five texts a day to three people.

3. For the most part it doesn’t but sometimes I’ll find myself writing in what you might call (Text lingo).

4.Text messaging has a place in incorrectly abbreviating words.

5.Text messaging is changing face-to-face communication by not being able to practice speaking with proper grammar and dialect.

My new understanding from my independent reading is that you should be careful with your life because you could lose everything so easily. Beware of any event that might occur at any time.There is a quote from my book that supports this and it is “I’m low ,maybe they knocked me low,but I’m still a free man”.This concludes my idea that life is precious and you treasure every moment of it.

A blog is where you go online and write about different subjects. At the beginning of the year when i already took this class. I am perfectly comfortable with computers. Typically i talk to my friends and listen to music and play games.Writing is a good skill for the future although i do not enjoy it.the type of writing that i like to do is usually only about things that i am interested in. Because of today’s ignorance of society kids are more susceptible to pedophiles and kidnappers online.The Internet is very dangerous unless you know how to us it. they usually talk to people on My space. I pretty much already know what is up ahead in the year.

The book that i have chosen is called A cavemans valentine. It is about a personwho was a successful man but now he is considured to be homeless but lives in a cave on the outside of town. He has a daughter that is a police officer. It is around valentines dayin there town. The auther of this book is Gourge Dawes Green.I chose this book because it had a very interesting cover.I started to read it but then i got more into it.I like this story because it tells of an upward downfall.Where someone can be so successful and then lose it all.
